How long does the customization process take?

Once your artwork is approved, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping usually adds another 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What file formats do you accept for custom branding?

To ensure the highest print quality, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-resolution JPG or PNG files at a minimum of 300 DPI.

Are your custom tents weather-resistant?

Yes, our tents are crafted from high-grade, waterproof, and UV-resistant fabrics designed to withstand various outdoor conditions while maintaining vibrant color.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to most major regions worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return a custom-printed product?

Because custom products are made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error in production.
